This is an alternative opportunity for the consultants those who finished or finishing soon their persent onsite project and have to move back to their Indian office on Indian salary or for the consultants those who could not get onsite deputation opportunity to go to the USA/Canada/Europe (UK/Germany/Switzerland etc) from their present employers in India. Answer: Like top 100 global/Indian companies, when you finish your project, we don’t send you back to India.  All our onsite projects are for 6 to 12 months duration and extendable. But 2 to 3 months before you finish your first onsite project/job, we will know whether that client is extending your project or would like to employ you for permanent position, if not we will look for other contract projects within same client at same location or at different locations/countries. If that is also not possible, then we will market you all over the USA, Canada and Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland etc) with focus on the country/region where you are based on first project or at your preferred country/city/location/client/project/career plan interest and we will find projects within these countries (USA/Canada/Europe) and we will shuffle you, as long as you work for our company. If you need a work permit/visa our company will take care of work permit/visa process from those country’s immigration authorities at free of cost.   1. Question: Which countries you are focusing for first onsite project? For which country work permit/visa processing you are doing first?

Answer: At present we are focusing first on Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland etc) out of our European Union (EU) headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany as especially in spite worldwide downturn still there is a demand for 4+/8+ years experienced IT/software consultants in Germany/EU and Switzerland, as there are very few small Indian IT/software consulting companies in Germany/EU and Switzerland of our size to fill the gap of supply and demand for IT consultants. And other reason is European Union (EU) is the biggest economy in the world, even exceeding the USA economy now and Germany is the biggest industrialised economy in Europe and third biggest in the world after the USA and Japan. But there is no open independent immigration to Germany/ Switzerland and specially Germany work permit/visa/residence permit will allow you to live and work not only within Germany but will allow you to travel on consulting business trips to entire EU countries including Switzerland except UK. So we are processing first German work permit and visa for geographical visa advantage to travel all over Europe. Our European headquarters is in Frankfurt in the center of Germany/Europe and Germany is the center of the Europe to travel all over Europe. And Germany work permit/visa process costs and all other costs to get first online project also much less (Approximately total cost of Euros 1,000), so you don’t need to deposit much amount like in case of the USA, refundable commitment deposit of  $2320 (USCIS/Govt fee) + $680 (attorney fee) = $3000.  For details please check out German visa procedure details files from Visa process details page on this website under jobs section.

  1. Question: What is your company business model? Where are your offices? How is your administrative/business law/immigration law/accounting/payroll/taxation work is getting done?

Answer: Our company business model is as per the optimized essential requirements low cost overheads self-service model (similar to low cost airlines!). For low overhead costs on offices, we outsourced front offices services at our base location offices in New York, USA; London, UK; and Frankfurt, Germany to the world no#1 fully furnished full service offices provider Regus business centers which has 1000 business centers in the world, at least one business center in every major city all over the world. We have Regus platinum plus business world membership with Regus business centers worldwide to have unlimited access to executive offices for meeting at all our these base location offices in New York, London and Frankfurt and even all over India in every city, if we pre-schedule or arrange a walk-ins for recruitment meetings etc. but Regus, Hyderabad is our base recruitment office in India. We are not into offshore business, so we don’t need to have huge office in India. But strategically for low staff costs we are in the process of establishing a global back office in Hyderabad, India to manage our worldwide offices’ administration, global onsite recruitment, marketing to get onsite projects in the USA/Canada and Europe. At the moment we are recruiting directly from the USA/Canada and UK/Germany offices over emails and phone calls based on supporting documents of experience (last 3 years form 16s etc). As none of our consultants works at our offices as they all work at onsite at clients’ offices in the USA / Canada / Europe (UK / Germany / Switzerland etc) and none of our clients/vendors come to our offices to meet us as our vendors are much bigger top 100 global IT/software services/staffing companies and our clients are Global Fortune 500 companies. So we have to meet our vendors and clients at their offices. So we don’t need to have huge our own offices with our own receptionists/secretaries/administrative staff etc, if we spend on all these, it will be waste of money and less profits, so rather by cutting our overhead costs, we are offering more benefits to our consultants directly. Our phones are from Vonage VOIP . And we outsourced majority of our bureaucratic govt legal, business law, immigration law work to low cost law firms for coordination in these countries (US, Canada, UK , Germany and Switzerland etc). And we outsourced accounting, payroll, taxation to low cost accounting firms for coordination in these countries.

  1. Question: What is the procedure for spot recruitment? Are there any technical interviews?

Answer: Spot recruitment is just based on supporting documents of your experience as mentioned above in this attached required documents file (especially last 3 years form 16s). We believe those who cleared interviews in the past and sustained with those global/Indian top 50 companies jobs and Fortune global 500 clients projects (as listed in above links) for 4+/8+ years are qualified enough and marketable to get onsite projects/permanent jobs from our top 50 global IT services vendors/Fortune global 500 clients in the USA/Canada/Europe (UK/Germany/Switzerland etc), so we are recruiting on the spot just based on documentation evidence of your experience (specially based on last 3 years form-16s from your present and previous employers), without any technical interviews from our company now, as along with your resume we will forward scanned softcopies of your past experience as evidence to our clients, to prove you as genuine experienced consultant, so calls from our vendors and clients also just formal, usually to discuss about your overall experience in high level  and to check your communication skills.

  1. Question: Is there any bond for any period or agreement or can I join clients on permanent jobs?

Answer: There is an agreement, must sign attached Non-Compete (NC) and Non-Disclosure (ND) agreement but there is no bond for any specific period or bound labour concept in our company, it is an employment based on will and wish, if you apply yourself before we submit your resume to any of our vendors/clients and if you get any permanent job at any time from those companies you can join that company at anytime, but before you apply, if we submit your resume as per the NC & ND agreement clause#2, you are not suppose to join that company as a permanent employee or any other ways as mentioned in the agreement, you can join client as permanent employee only if client pays us onetime fee (2 months or 20% of your annual salary) on behalf of you for breaching the agreement as mentioned in the NC & ND agreement clause# 2 and clause# 9 etc.

  1. Question: Whether your company takes money/charges fee for work permit/visa process? Or whether company takes any refundable commitment deposit? If yes why?

Answer: There is no fee, it is free of cost process but there is a refundable commitment deposit as per the clause# 8 in the attached “Authorisation, NC & ND agreement” which might be concern to you, that clause is because “Company doesn’t want to be one of the free option to you and not to let you think/feel that you are not losing anything, let the company spend money and pay immigration law firms fee and all other expenses for work permit and visa process approval etc., and you can keep it as one of the free option and decide later at the end”, as first we have to process your work permit and visa before marketing to get the first onsite project contract/subcontract project or permanent job for you from our clients, because none of the clients going to wait after selection until you get work permit/visa (as it takes up to 3 months process). If we start marketing first and if you get selected in project and if we would apply for work permit/visa after that there was no need for you to put any deposit, but most of the clients asking for work permit and visa copy on our company name before interview calls. After you get first project, for second project onwards in whichever the country (USA/Canada/UK/Germany/Switzerland etc) project is we will take care of work permit and visa from that country by spending our company’s money as we will be making money on you from first project’s profits, that time we will process your work permit/visa without any refundable commitment deposit from you. This initial refundable commitment deposit of Euros 500 or Rs 35,000 along with the agreement and Euros 500 or Rs 35,000 after you get work permit/visa from consulate, total Euros 1,000 or Rs 70,000 (the initial costs risks involved to the company towards work permit/residence permit/visa processing costs/law firms fee, administrative, global onsite recruitment, marketing staff salaries costs to get first onsite projects and all other expenses would be around Euro 1,000 or INR 70,000, which has to deposited in 2 instalments), Out of this deposit amount 50% (Euros 500) will be refunded to you the day you report to the company and first onsite client, another 50% (Euro 500) will be refunded to you after submitting your 1st week’s approved time sheet from the first client as mentioned in the agreement. This your deposit amount Euros 1000 will be more than good enough towards your first month living expenses. Within 4 months If you don’t get work permit/visa from consulate or initial first project from clients, we will refund 60% of your refundable commitment deposit. We will reimburse door to door cost including one way flight from your home in India to your apartment near your first onsite client location, company will assist you in finding you an apartment/flat near your first onsite project client location.

  1. Question: What is the procedure for interview calls from onsite clients? How will be the smooth transit from present job in India to onsite client project/job in the USA/Canada/Europe without risk of losing my present job in India and how you will avoid jobless and payless situation until I get first onsite project?

Answer: We have a risk free stable job plan, you will be continuing with your present employer in India until you get a first onsite project confirmation from our Fortune global 500 clients in the USA/Canada/Europe. We will guide you to setup a VOIP phone with USA/Canada/UK/German/ Switzerland phone numbers with unlimited calls to the USA, Canada and Europe. VOIP service provided by Vonage ( www.vonage.co.uk ) or Skype ( www.skype.com ) to take interview calls from our vendors and clients from India while your work permit/visa process going on, as our marketing team will market you while your work permit and visa process going on. The VOIP phone setup will cost you €/GBP 45/INR 3000 for 3 months unlimited world plan and you need to have a computer (desktop/laptop and headphone with built-in microphone) at your home and you must have minimum of 512 kbps unlimited broadband plan with preferably DSL/broadband modem with built-in wireless router (provided by BSNL/MTNL for Rs 1350/month or Airtel/Tata Indicom/Reliance for Rs 1500/month). Your Skype VOIP phone cost € 55/INR 4000 will be reimbursed if you get selected in the interviews from vendor and clients and after submitting your 1st month approved timesheets from clients. You will be resigning your present company only after getting work permit/visa and first onsite project confirmation/contract and afterwards couple of months before you finish your first project we will market you all over the USA/Canada and Europe to get new contract project or permanent job from our clients and we will pay you uninterrupted salary for 12 months a year including in bench period.  In case of permanent job we release you only if client pays us onetime negotiable fee on case to case basis (at least 2 months or 20% of your annual salary offered by client), on behalf of you for breaching the agreement as mentioned in the NC & ND agreement clause# 2 and clause# 9.

  1. Question: How much is the salary, taxes, expenses, net salary and net savings? How much would be total Cost to Company (C2C = gross monthly salary + monthly all benefits)?

Answer: As a full-time/permanent employee of the company your gross salary would be USD 60,000 /year or USD 5,000/month in the USA (OR) CAD 60,000/year or CAD 5,000/month in Canada (OR) GBP 33,000/year or GBP 2,750/month in the UK (OR) EUR 40,000/year or EUR 3333/month in Germany/Euro Countries (OR) CHF 60,000/year or CHF 5,000/month in Switzerland, depends on your onsite project/job country work location. For currency exchange rates check out www.xe.com . In all these countries an approximate average total of all taxes would be 33% for singles, 28% for married and 23% for married with kids. So you can calculate yourself how much taxes would be per month and how much net salary would be per month. Taxes varies based on your gross salary slabs in the country of your job/work location and your marital status. In terms of expenses, rent including utilities for singles shared basis in suburbs would be USD 600/month in the USA or CAD 600/month in Canada or GBP 300/month in UK or EUR 400/month in the EU/Euro countries or CHF 500/month in Switzerland. For married couple for 1 Bed room flat rent including utilities in suburbs would be USD 1,200/month in the USA or CAD 1,000/month in Canada or GBP 700/month in UK or EUR 800/month in Germany/Euro countries or CHF 1,000/month in the Switzerland. If you cook the grocery/food expenses per person would be an average USD 150/month in the USA or CAD 150/month in Canada or GBP 100/month in UK or EUR 100/month in Germany/Euro countries or CHF 150/month in the Switzerland. All other expenses company will be paying apart from the monthly gross salary, as mentioned in the benefits section of our company jobs page at www.synergy-g-s.com/jobs . Other costs to the company would be social security (10%), health insurance (10%), 2 weeks per annum paid vacation (5%), regional public transportation monthly unlimited ticket (5%), unlimited internet, landline and cell phone plan etc (5%) and unexpected bench period salary and/or relocation costs and work permit/visas process costs etc (15%), so all these would be costing company an average approximately equal to 50% of your gross yearly/monthly salary. So in terms of total yearly Cost to Company (C2C = gross salary + all benefits) would be USD 90,000/year or USD 7,500/month in the USA (OR) CAD 90,000/year or CAD 7,500/month in Canada (OR) GBP 50,000/year or GBP 4,000/month in the UK (OR) EUR 60,000 or EUR 5,000/month in the EU/Euro Countries (OR) CHF 90,000 or CHF 7,500/month in Switzerland.

  1. Question: I prefer to work and settle in the USA, how your company will assist for that?

Answer: If you prefer to work in the USA, every year we file for H1-B visas on or after 1st April to work from 1st October, and if you miss the US H1-B quota/lottery, we will recruit you to work in Canada/Europe (UK/Germany/Switzerland etc) and on the following year on or after 1st April we will file for H1-B again or if you continue working with our company in Canada/Europe for 1 year, you will be eligible for L1-B visa, so we will file for L1-B visa after 1 year. For those who are working for our company in Canada/Europe. We don’t take any deposit from them for H1-B or L1-B process, as we make profits on you while you are working in Canada/Europe, but if you are joining our company newly from India, then you have to put refundable commitment deposit of USD 3000 (Govt/USCIS fee $2320 + $680 attorney fee), which will be refunded $1000 X 3 months after you submit approved timesheets from first onsite client in the USA, which will be good enough for your first 3 months living expenses in the USA, so first 3 months your entire monthly net salary will be saving.
