Moreover we never call you back to India even when your onsite project finishes, like in case of other companies based out of India and to put you in Indian salary. Rather we will shuffle you for different Global Fortune 500 clients onsite projects within USA/Canada and Europe (UK/Germany/Switzerland etc.) with uniform fixed salary structure including on bench, which is almost equivalant to the USA salary in Canada and Europe (UK/Germany/Switzerland etc) as well. So you will be recruited from India to be on direct payroll of our USA/Canada/UK/Germany/Switzerland etc offices.
Salary:
· Basic salary equivalent to the top 20 Global/Indian IT/Software services companies salary
in the USA/Canada/Europe, with pay on bench period and basic salary
hike once in a year based on your performance.

· Housing/Apartment:
Convenient
apartments will
be arranged near client location. In case, if we consider to pay
apartment deposit and/or first month rent, it will be deducted
from your deposits/monthly net salary. In case of married couple, if one of you
or both of you
join our company, we will try to keep you together at same
place and to work
for our clients' in commutable distance from your apartment in the same state/region.
· Commute:
We will provide unlimited monthly train/subways/trams and bus ticket to commute
daily from your apartment to the client location within 25 Kms/15
miles range. (OR) Car: If you get lease/loan approval for a new/old car, we will pay
unlimited monthly train/bus ticket cost towards your new/old car
monthly installment payments.
· Free
insurances:
Legally required mandatory health/medical insurance will be provided as per the
laws of the country of work location.
· Career: Company will reimburse professional certifications exams fee,
if you pass the exam to become
Microsoft / ORACLE / SAP / IBM / HP / Sun / Cisco / IIBA / PMI etc. certified professional.
· Direct
check/deposit of monthly net salary into your bank accounts and withholding
taxes to the Govt. authorities, with monthly pay stubs and yearly tax
papers to you. Company will provide a tax firm for your tax
filings/returns/savings and to get higher tax refunds. Company will provide
financial advices to improve your credit history/score to get
loans for car or home down payment/mortgage
and for other career/ investment plans etc.
· Paid
vacation for 12 working days per annum (approved only during first bench period or
when sick). For personal reasons option to choose leave of absence/unpaid leave for up to 120 days/4 months a year.
· Employee
and/or client/project referral bonus:
Free laptop with
unlimited cable/ADSL/wireless internet at home, and a
free VOIP phone from Vonage
with unlimited calls to landlines and cell phones in the USA & Canada and

· We prefer citizens or permanent residence holders of the country of work location but in case if you are not a USA/Canadian/EU citizen or permanent residence
holder, company will file for free
new/extention/transfer of work permit & visa/residence permit/H1-B/L1-B visa immediately and will file for free permanent residency/green card for you. In
case of consultants from Europe/Canada, if you want to move to the USA, we
will file for free USA H-1B / L-1B visa.

At these clients you will be working at client location
directly or through above listed top 20 global IT services companies on
direct contract or on subcontracting.

Should have worked

and projects of the clients should be from Fortune Global 500 listed top 20 global companies in every industry .

Should have experience throughout
the systems development life cycle i.e., requirement study, analysis, architecture,
design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance and
support in any industry
sector and in any one of the latest technical skill sets
